Summary
We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our service team at M and M Plant in Devon & Cornwall. Based at our new site, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service management and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Manage repair schedules, parts inventory, and maintenance processes.
- Develop upselling strategies to enhance revenue from service offerings.
- Maintain high standards of mechanical work and safety compliance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and financial procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mechanical knowledge related to construction machinery.
