Weโre looking for a highly organised and confidentEvent Administratorto support the delivery of our Cocktail Week events across the UK. This is a part-time role focused on venue communications, event administration, and event coordination, working closely with hospitality businesses including bars, restaurants, and hotels.
Youโll play a key role in ensuring venues are supported, informed, and fully signed up ahead of each cocktail week event. This is a people-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organised, and keeping multiple moving parts on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting venues to complete registration and sign-up in Cocktail Week
- Communicating with bars and restaurants via email and on the phone
- Managing venue data and keeping records up to date
- Supporting event administration across multiple cities
- Assisting with onboarding venues once signed up
- Coordinating venue information for marketing and event guides
- Tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding actions
- Supporting the wider events team with day-to-day admin tasks
Who we are looking for

Previous experience in hospitality, administration, or events is a bonus but not essential.
