The Role: The SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining effective safety, health, environment, and quality management systems within the organisation. This position is responsible for collating data and information to proactively report SHEQ performance to all internal and external stakeholders, plus promoting a positive safety culture. This is a part‑time position for 22.5hrs per week.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for all queries from both inside and outside of the Company in relation to permits, damages, and discoveries ensuring all are logged.
- Maintenance of the SHEQ Email inbox.
- Maintenance of Customer Communication Log.
- Manage the Non‑Compliance Report (NCR) Log.
- Manage Site Specific Risk Assessments (SSRAs) are completed and returned to SHEQ department.
- Run and review the apprentice report to ensure all pathways and welfare checks have been completed.
- Diarising all Group SHEQ/Operational meeting forums and whereabouts.
- Collating weekly information, such as HR.
