Role Overview

Lyzoo Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven, and strategically focused E-Commerce Manager to oversee and develop the Company’s online sales operations while contributing to its continued commercial growth and digital expansion within the UK market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Company’s e-commerce platforms, improving online customer engagement, increasing digital sales revenue, and supporting the Company’s long-term online business development objectives. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong commercial, analytical, and digital management skills.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the Company’s e-commerce platforms and online sales channels to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aimed at increasing online sales, customer engagement, and overall digital performance.
  • Monitor website performance, online traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey, user experience, and website functionality.
  • Coordinate online marketing and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging digital trends, customer demands, and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage product listings, pricing strategies, online content, and stock availability across digital platforms.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance forecasts, and e-commerce analytics for senior management.
