Lyvida is building a new category at the intersection of transformation, wellness, beauty, fashion, and cinematic education. Lyvida is designed to deliver transformation. We are creating a premium ecosystem where world-class expertise, storytelling, lifestyle, and community converge to help people evolve how they live, look, perform, and think. Alongside Lyvida, we are also incubating VALEVI, an emerging premium mineral hydration concept positioned at the intersection of wellness, beauty, focus, and elevated daily rituals.

We are currently looking for a Founding Growth & Content Lead to help shape the next phase of our growth, positioning, and audience development. This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who understands:

You will help architect how Lyvida and VALEVI are perceived, discovered, and desired. Lyvida’s primary audience focus is the United States market, while growth across the UK and Europe will initially be approached more organically and community-led. The team is currently based in London.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute audience growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Build pre-launch and post-launch momentum through short-form storytelling, founder-led content, and community-driven growth
  • Help shape the positioning and emotional narrative of Lyvida and VALEVI
  • Coordinate and optimise content pipelines, launches, and growth experiments
  • Manage and analyse paid and organic performance metrics including CAC, conversion, retention, engagement, and audience behaviour
  • Work closely with founders, creatives, editors, and community teams to create cohesive brand ecosystems
  • Identify culturally relevant opportunities, partnerships, creators, and distribution channels
  • Contribute strategic thinking around retention, identity, aspiration, and brand perception
  • Support creator collaborations, luxury positioning initiatives, and early-stage brand desirability strategies

  • You are capable of questioning assumptions, improving systems, and proposing stronger strategic alternatives rather than simply executing instructions
  • You think in outcomes, not tasks
  • You are comfortable contributing ideas, challenging weak approaches constructively, and helping refine direction through intelligent execution

Ideal Experience

  • Growth, content, or audience development experience in startups, luxury, wellness, media, beauty, fashion, creator economy, or premium consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and performance-driven storytelling
  • Experience working with creators, communities, partnerships, or premium consumer audiences
  • Familiarity with paid social, retargeting, funnel optimisation, and audience analytics
  • Understanding of luxury, aspiration-driven, or emotionally positioned consumer brands is highly valued
