We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor/Team Leader to lead our maintenance team and uphold the highest standards of garden care. You will take charge of driving operational efficiency and inspiring workers to deliver flawless results. This is a hands-on role that also requires a valid driving license, as you will be responsible for traveling between client properties.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Leading maintenance at client properties.
- Carrying out daily maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Managing schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects to exceed client expectations.
- Conducting quality control checks, ensuring all work meets our premium standards.
- Driving company vehicles between client sites and ensuring equipment is transported securely.
