The Spa at voco Lythe Hill Hotel and Spa is currently recruiting for a weekend receptionist. Are you interested in personal health and fitness, great with people and enjoy delivering great service? Then this may be the job for you.

Responsibilities:- Welcoming our spa and health club guests and members.
- Dealing with enquiries and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring all telephone calls are dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner and taking bookings and reservations.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks to ensure that all areas within the club/spa are kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times.
- Possess good communication skills and have a friendly and professional manner.
- Be able to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Be able to work early and late shifts and weekends.
- Be numerate and IT literate.
- Be able to work under pressure.
You must be able to work between Saturday and Sunday and shifts between the hours of 7:30am and 8:30pm.
