- Main Responsibilities
- Cleaning Guest Rooms: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linen and cleaning surfaces.
- Maintaining public areas: Ensure cleanliness in public and common areas such as reception, hallways and other areas making them welcoming for guests.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, towels, and linen.
- Handling guest requests: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for extra supplies or services.
- Reporting Maintenance issues: Inspect rooms for any signs of damage or wear and report necessary issues to the line manager.
- Required Skills
- Attention to detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to notice areas that need attention.
- Ability to interact positively with guests and respond to their needs effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with other staff members and be part of a busy team.
