The Role
We are looking to hire a qualified Senior Finance Manager to oversee the annual statutory audit and manage key Core Finance outputs during this transformational time for the business. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to make a mark in a small but high performing team in a fast paced environment. As a team, we focus on ensuring our reporting is robust, whilst constantly looking to iterate and improve our processes, to maintain our position as an industry leading department.
Responsibilities
- Management of the audit for the year ending 31 March 2026, including the transition to new statutory auditors and a new accounting standard (FRS 101)
- Preparation of the statutory financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2026, including the move to a new presentational currency
- Own all statutory and legislative compliance requirements of Lyst Ltd and Lyst Inc, as well as the relationship with external advisors, including tax
- Operationalising our newly designed transfer pricing flows
- Be responsible for the delivery of accurate and timely monthly reporting, which includes deliverables for the CXO and Board
- Meet with key stakeholders to effectively communicate performance against budget
- Be responsible for the everyday running of the core finance team; this covers the following functions:
- Accounts payable - manage processing and paying invoices on time whilst maximising our creditor days
- Accounts receivable - ensuring strong cash recovery from our debtors
- Treasury - forecasting and managing our cashflow including overseeing FX trades and KYC
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 2 years of accounting and finance experience post qualification
- Technically strong, able to research and apply complex accounting treatment. A working knowledge of IFRS / FRS 101 and tax rules and legislation is desirable but not essential
- A Google Sheets and / or Microsoft Excel expert, and willing to learn more
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Experienced in managing a team, able to advise on technical issues, coaching, prioritisation and strategy
