The Role

We are looking for an experienced and organised Content Producer to join our Brand Partnerships team. This individual will be responsible for the successful project management and delivery of some of our most popular media franchises, ensuring best-in-class execution and client satisfaction. You will leverage your experience and skills to produce valuable partnership content, maintain and build internal and external relationships. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organisation, strong relationship-building skills, and campaign management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high value multi-partner, multi-platform campaigns, end to end - across production, social, paid social, editorial and email (newsletter)
  • Ensure accurate and timely project management of media campaigns in-line with agreed scope of work and current processes
  • Be responsible for driving repeat business through the lens of the delivery of a quality customer experience, and proving the value of any partnership through a detailed End of Campaign Reports
  • Anticipate future changes to timelines or scope and actively troubleshoot scenarios ensuring they are presented to the client in advance of them happening
  • Liaise with numerous internal teams towards delivering market and sector leading work

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of successfully delivering media campaigns to a high level
  • Familiarity with project managing and executing media plans and executing production reports
  • Data-literate and ability to β€˜data story-tell’ based on campaign analysis
  • A high level of problem solving ability with keen attention to detail and experience in navigating competing priorities
  • Possess an understanding of media partnerships and how they bring incremental value to our partners and to Lyst
  • A good understanding of platform specifications and delivery requirements for various media channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and instil trust in both partners and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • An active problem solver with a positive and proactive attitude
