  • Mentor junior designers and help build a culture of sharp feedback and constant improvement.
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineers to make sure great design ships as great product.
  • Pitch and defend your design thinking to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay ahead of what AI and design are doing next and bring that thinking back to the team.

Requirements:

  • Strong product design acumen, with real fluency in AI-native or AI-augmented product experiences.

  • Comfortable juggling multiple fast-moving projects without dropping quality.
  • An eye for detail and a real passion for delightful experiences.
  • Open to giving and receiving direct feedback, you're always sharpening your craft and supporting others to do so too.
  • A portfolio that shows range across platforms and proves you can turn ambiguity into great UX/UI.
