The Role

We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Executive to join the Partner Acquisition team, which looks after onboarding new affiliate partners to Lyst. You will be responsible for reaching out to partners and taking them through how an affiliate partnership with Lyst works: guiding them through the benefits of joining Lyst. In this role you will be supported by Partner Acquisition Managers to work with team strategies and keep processes up-to-date, ensuring that Lyst has the strongest partner assortment for our fashion-loving users.

Responsibilities

  • New Partner Acquisition: Efficiently qualify and manage inbound inquiries while proactively outreaching to new affiliate partners in line with team strategies and leading partner negotiations.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with affiliate networks, and be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with them.
  • Understanding Processes: Work to team processes, ensuring they run smoothly from outreach to onboarding, and take ownership of partner acquisition-related tasks.
  • Understanding of Affiliate Networks: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the affiliate landscape, and have a knowledge of and interest in the fashion industry.
  • Experience: A background in sales and/or account management. Having worked with affiliate networks or with fashion brands in the past would also be desirable.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and articulate a clear value proposition to move partners from initial conversations to live on the Lyst platform.
  • Commercial Understanding: A genuine interest in the business of fashion and the e-commerce landscape, with the ability to interpret performance data (e.g., conversion rates, AOV) to build a compelling business case for why a brand should join Lyst.
  • Ability To Prioritise: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conversations at different stages.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You will be comfortable communicating externally, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Self-Starter: We are looking for someone who can work autonomously as well as take direction from other team members in order to work towards collective targets and goals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) to manage an outreach pipeline and maintain data.

Our Ways of Working

We all come into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely or come into the office on the other days. We believe that in person collaboration and community spirit is super important, which is why we spend some of our time in the office and some of our time at home.
