Role
We are now recruiting for Visitor Experience Assistants who welcome visitors to the theatre in an individual and informed way whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times. You will support the theatre, having thorough knowledge of activities and events, whilst ensuring a smooth operation in line with policies and procedures.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. This role includes the sale of alcohol for which the post-holder MUST be aged 18 or above. We are particularly interested to hear from applicants who are available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
