The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is one of the UK’s leading producing theatres. The Lyric produces world‑class theatre from the heart of Hammersmith, the theatre’s home for over 130 years. The theatre has gained a national reputation for its work in forging pathways into the arts for young talent from all backgrounds.

We are looking for a Part Time Box Office Assistant to join our team. This role will provide an exceptional level of customer service to all Lyric patrons, visitors and staff, as well as being an ambassador for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. The role plays a central part in promoting Lyric shows and activities, and working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patrons, visitors, and staff.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre.

  • Experience working with the general public.
