This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a large UK business while studying towards a degree with Staffordshire University.

You'll provide first-line IT support, help keep our systems secure, work alongside experienced IT professionals, and develop the skills needed for a successful career in Information Services and Cyber Security.
What you'll be doing as an Information Services Apprentice
- Providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
- Supporting information security and ISO27001 compliance.
- Helping to deliver IT security awareness and training across the business.
- Maintaining IT hardware and software asset records.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within the Information Services team.
- Building relationships with colleagues across the UK and Lyreco Group.
- Delivering excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities.
What we're looking for in a Information Services Apprentice: We're looking for someone who is:

- Entry Requirements To be eligible for the degree apprenticeship, you'll need:
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent), or be able to demonstrate Level 2 ability through an assessment.
- A Level 3 qualification worth 112 UCAS points (or equivalent), or relevant work experience that meets the university entry requirements.
- Eligibility to enrol on the Staffordshire University Degree Apprenticeship programme.
