Responsibilities
- Retain and grow the customer portfolio while meeting sales and margin targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients
- Identify opportunities to increase spend and drive year-on-year growth across workplace solutions
- Develop and deliver account plans aligned to customer objectives
- Manage contract renewals, re-tenders, and negotiations to protect and grow profitable business
- Regularly meet with customers to assess needs and uncover new opportunities
- Own your sales performance, manage pipeline, and hit targets
Key requirements
- Experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to grow existing accounts and meet commercial targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills across multiple levels
- Solid commercial awareness of sales, margins, and profitability
- Excellent organization and time management with diary and portfolio management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel emphasized
- Full, valid UK driving licence
