Salary – Up to £38,000 (DOE), plus Commission, Company Car & Corporate Benefits Package (including Working from home, Private Healthcare, and Pension Scheme).

Benefits include: 31 days holiday, rising to 38 after longer service (inclusive of bank holidays), Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, Private Medical Insurance (after one year of service), 2 fully paid community volunteering days annually, Referral Scheme, and Opportunity for a career break after 3 years of service.

As our Key Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of corporate-level accounts to achieve sales and margin targets while retaining profitable customers. You will develop new areas of spend by identifying sales opportunities across various categories, ensuring year-on-year growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.
  • Develop successful business partnerships across a customer base, maintaining a value-added service for successful trading relationships.
  • Identify key areas for growth and gross profit increase by providing the full ‘Workplace Solution’ within corporate accounts.
  • Negotiate and retain existing business through re-tendering and secure fixed-term agreements.
  • Visit accounts quarterly; create and deliver account development plans.
  • Manage a territory area.
