Key Account Manager
Location: Midlands and North West
Salary: Up to £38,000 (DOE), plus Commission, Company Car & Corporate Benefits Package (including Working from home, Private Healthcare, and Pension Scheme).
Benefits include: 31 days holiday, rising to 38 after longer service (inclusive of bank holidays), Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, Private Medical Insurance (after one year of service), 2 fully paid community volunteering days annually, Referral Scheme, and the opportunity for a career break after 3 years of service.

As our Key Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales and margin targets while maintaining profitable relationships. You will also identify new sales opportunities across various categories to ensure year-on-year growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and margin targets.
- Develop successful business partnerships with a focus on value-added services.
- Identify growth opportunities and increase gross profit by providing comprehensive Workplace Solutions.
- Negotiate and retain existing business through re-tendering and securing fixed-term agreements.
- Visit accounts quarterly; create and implement account development plans.
- Manage a designated territory.
