Customer Care Advisor (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Lyreco, Telford
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? We\’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Care team at Lyreco Telford on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Following on from an initial screening call, we will be inviting suitable candidates to a recruitment morning on Monday 9th June to learn more about us. This will run from 9am – 12pm and will give you the opportunity to sit with a current Customer Care Advisor, take a tour of Lyreco, and have a face-to-face interview with one of our Team Leaders.

About the Role:
As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Contract Type:
- 6-month fixed-term contract
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (potential part time opportunities also available)
