Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Planning to manage suppliers, evaluate their service level (SSL), and establish action plans accordingly.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier service level improvement plans.
- Place purchase orders and diligently track orders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyse root causes of backorders and devise continuous improvement action plans.
- Handle supplier litigation and effectively plan supplier returns when necessary.
As a Supply Chain Planner, You Will Have
- Experience working with SAP (Supply Chain Modules).
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate and interact at all levels of the business.
- Proven experience in stock management.
