Role Overview

As an Information Services Apprentice, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting a large UK business while studying toward a degree with Staffordshire University.
You will provide first‑line IT support, help keep our systems secure, work alongside experienced IT professionals, and develop skills for a career in Information Services and Cyber Security.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
- Supporting information security and ISO27001 compliance.
- Helping to deliver IT security awareness and training across the business.
- Maintaining IT hardware and software asset records.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within the Information Services team.
- Building relationships with colleagues across the UK and Lyreco Group.
- Delivering excellent customer service to users of all technical abilities.
