Service Area – Stockport and surrounding areas. Salary - £31,473.00 per annum | 12 month Fixed Term Contract | Full-time 45 hrs per week (Mon‑Fri).

Join Lyreco, a global leader in workplace solutions, as a Washroom Service Operative. You will be responsible for servicing washroom equipment such as feminine hygiene units, nappy waste systems, sharps units, air freshener systems and vending machines, and for delivering services and goods to customer sites in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Excellent customer service skills are required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the removal and disposal of waste from the premises of production.
  • Ensure all paperwork for services/products delivered or returned goods is checked and signed off.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks prior to starting customer service visits.
  • Complete all service schedules allocated by Service Support Administrator.
  • Adhere to all H&S requirements, including manual handling of goods, and monitor working hours to ensure compliance with Working Time Directives (WTD) and Driving Time Directives (DTD).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
  • Ability to organise and plan own workload.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and diplomatic when dealing with customers.
  • Successful candidates will be subjected to a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
