Are you a proactive, energetic sales professional who loves being out meeting clients rather than behind a desk? We are looking for a New Business Development Manager to join our Nespresso team. You will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong customer relationships, and proudly representing one of the world’s most iconic premium brands.
Reporting to the Nespresso Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new B2B opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and helping us exceed our ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Acquire new business to exceed machine and capsule sales targets.
- Carry out tele-prospecting and face-to-face cold calling across your territory.
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively and maintain accurate territory data.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, aligned with the Nespresso brand experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A results-driven, target-focused individual with strong self-motivation.
- Proven experience in B2B new business development or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across phone, email, and in-person.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
