Overview
Digital Support Executive at Lyreco UK and Ireland — Telford Head Office, Donnington. Salary: TBC. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

As a Digital Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our ecommerce sales strategies and customer engagement through improved digital assets, searchability and industry-leading promotional offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in digital trade planning by ensuring promotional space on our e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with the development of monthly sales promotion packs for our sales representatives, ensuring they have the best promotions on-hand through digital and physical means.
- Support the implementation of our ecommerce platforms, uploading assets and setting promotions live in accordance with the internal trade planner.
- Provide feedback to procurement teams on competitor promotional activities with the support of the marketing insight team.
Ideal qualifications and skills
- Able to work cohesively within teams, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and align with cross-functional partners.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics/AdWords is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Experience in SAP.
- Experience in marketing is ideal but not required, provided you can demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
