Overview

Digital Support Executive at Lyreco UK and Ireland β€” Telford Head Office, Donnington. Salary: TBC. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

As a Digital Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our ecommerce sales strategies and customer engagement through improved digital assets, searchability and industry-leading promotional offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in digital trade planning by ensuring promotional space on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Assist with the development of monthly sales promotion packs for our sales representatives, ensuring they have the best promotions on-hand through digital and physical means.
  • Support the implementation of our ecommerce platforms, uploading assets and setting promotions live in accordance with the internal trade planner.
  • Provide feedback to procurement teams on competitor promotional activities with the support of the marketing insight team.

Ideal qualifications and skills

  • Able to work cohesively within teams, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and align with cross-functional partners.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/AdWords is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • Experience in SAP.
  • Experience in marketing is ideal but not required, provided you can demonstrate time management and organizational skills.
