Customer Service Representative
Office based role in Telford. Deliver exceptional customer service, thrive in dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is top priority.

Salary
£24,570 per annum
Hours
Mon‑Fri 9am‑5.30pm, full‑time permanent
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
- Work to deadlines while delivering quality customer service
- Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis
- Support sales support to our field based and inside sales teams
- Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, articulate message, build trust with customers and colleagues
- Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver best customer care experience
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Computer literate
- SAP experience (desirable)
