Are you a results-driven New Business Development Manager ready to make your mark across London and the Home Counties? At Lyreco, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the mid-market sector.
This is a field-based, client-facing role where you’ll be identifying, targeting, and winning new business opportunities with companies spending between £20k–£100k annually and employing 150–500 staff. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle — from prospecting through to negotiation, closing, and onboarding — with the support of a market-leading organisation behind you.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively hunt for new business across your territory, focusing on mid-market clients.
- Convert prospects into long-term customers, securing contracts and achieving sales & margin targets.
- Manage your pipeline with precision, delivering accurate forecasts and reports.
- Lead engaging client meetings, contract negotiations, tenders, and e-auctions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless new account set-up and growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in field sales / business development (new business hunter, not just account management).
