Job Overview

Lyreco is looking for a Dynamic National Account Manager to join our ‘solution based’ Commercial Corporate Sales Division.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop an existing portfolio of accounts within a specified geographical area, ensuring a deep understanding of clients’ objectives and acting as an extension of their own business.
  • Proactively contact clients to maintain a high level of service delivery while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline to achieve profitable gross margin across all accounts.
  • Project manage the roll‑out of all new contracts and services.
  • Advise on changes and trends in the marketplace and activities of competitors.
  • Self‑manage diary to exceed all given commercial and behavioural KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Real commitment and motivation to achieve goals.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining contracted business.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
  • Exposure to tender processes and re‑tenders to retain and secure account contracts.
  • Complete understanding of the sales and business development process with strong commercial acumen.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Ability to remain overnight if required.
