This is a hands-on, operational recruitment role where you'll manage end-to-end hiring activity across the business, supporting managers with sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing multiple recruitment campaigns across various business functions
- Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and social media
- Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
- Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process
- Direct sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Building talent pipelines for future vacancies
- Coordinating interviews, assessment activities, and offer processes
- Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Previous, recent, in-house or agency recruitment experience
- Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
- Confident sourcing candidates directly and using social recruitment tools
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
