Responsibilities
- Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience.
- Work to deadlines while maintaining quality customer service.
- Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis.
- Provide support to sales teams – both field‑based and inside sales.
- Promote products on call in line with relevant promotional activity.
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues.
- High telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate (SAP experience desirable).
