We are looking to recruit an experienced MHE Operator to join our busy Distribution Centre in Telford.

If you are an experienced Pallet Truck Operator with a valid Rider Pallet Truck licence and enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

As an MHE Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Rider Pallet Truck, moving pallets from Goods in to other areas of the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

  • Operating a Rider Pallet Truck for the majority of your shift.
  • Picking customer orders accurately from ankle height to head height.
  • Achieving daily productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Identifying damaged or defective stock and placing it into quarantine.
  • Carrying out equipment checks and reporting any issues.
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team to ensure excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

To be successful as an MHE Operator, you'll have

  • A valid Rider Pallet Truck licence (essential).
  • Previous experience as an MHE Operator, Pallet Truck Operator, Warehouse Operative or similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • A commitment to working safely and following warehouse procedures.
