We are looking for an Inside Sales Digital Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage and develop a customer base to exceed set targets.
  • Provide customers with bespoke solutions and support to deliver the best experience.
  • Accelerate account spend and look for opportunities to add products to customers' purchasing behaviour.
  • Apply knowledge of Lyreco’s workplace solution propositions, including structure and service offerings and product promotions, to add value to the customer experience.
  • Ensure all customers within your section of the client database receive regular contact in line with business expectations.
  • Capture the customers' complete spend of workplace solutions and workplace products.
  • Take and resolve any queries arising within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with the Inside Sales Team Leader on pertinent account issues.
  • Maintain accurate account records in CRM at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a telephone‑based environment.
  • Enthusiastic about sales with a positive attitude throughout the day.
  • Target driven and self‑motivated, hungry to exceed KPIs and earn commission.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent communicator who builds successful business relationships.
  • Adaptable and empathetic communicator, able to assess customer needs and gain buy‑in.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Reliable, determined, assesses own performance and strives to exceed.
