As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for
- Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience
- Be able to work to deadlines, whilst providing a quality customer service
- Updating and maintaining the customers records on an ongoing basis.
- Provide support to sales support to our field based and inside sales teams
- Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your message and build trust with customers and colleagues
- Have an excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver the best customer care experience.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and achieve common goals
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
