Up to £24,570 per annum

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
  • Work to deadlines while providing quality customer service
  • Update and maintain customer records on an ongoing basis
  • Support sales teams (field based and inside sales)
  • Promote products on call in line with promotional activity

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate message and build trust
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills
  • Team player and can achieve common goals
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Desirable SAP experience
