This is a hands-on, operational recruitment role where you'll manage end-to-end hiring activity across the business, supporting managers with sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple recruitment campaigns across various business functions
  • Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and social media
  • Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process
  • Direct sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Building talent pipelines for future vacancies
  • Coordinating interviews, assessment activities, and offer processes
  • Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous, recent, in-house or agency recruitment experience
  • Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
  • Confident sourcing candidates directly and using social recruitment tools
  • Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
