Full time position in Telford (TF2 7NB), Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm.
Salary: up to £27,500 (plus commission).
Reporting into the Inside Sales Line Manager (Education and Public Sector) with supporting lines into Head of Education and account specific KAMs and NAMs, you will be responsible for supporting contract management within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts to drive growth and support divisional success. Providing a high level of customer and administrative support to accounts requiring a bespoke Lyreco solution. Working closely with the Account Manager to drive maximum compliance, through effective engagement with end users to penetrate the full ‘Workplace Solution’ offering. Hybrid working upon completion of probation (min. 3 days in office). You will be calling customers daily to conduct business reviews and add value at every opportunity.
Inside Sales Account Manager role involves:
- Achieving sales in line with targets/objectives set by calling buyers within our area of responsibility.
- Maintain good relationships with the Customers you have.
- Establish and maintain effective methods of communication with the customer base, line manager, team members and all internal departments.
- Ensuring the client Database is maintained.
- Delivering the best customer experience.
- Liaising with the Inside Sales Team Leader regularly.
- Being responsible for the accurate maintenance of the account records.
