Lyreco is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader at our Telford Head Office, working Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm.
You will lead a large customer care team, drive service quality and loyalty, and collaborate across the business to improve customer experience.
You’ll manage day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and mentor advisors to maintain high standards while handling a high volume of inquiries.
