Working within our Washrooms Division covering the Doncaster area (must be based local to area), we’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, secure, and grow new business opportunities while developing long-term value within existing accounts. This is a high-impact role for someone who is hungry, credible, and motivated to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create, develop, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned to company objectives
  • Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across diverse sectors
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Upsell and merchandise into existing accounts to drive long-term growth
  • Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers
  • Complete and submit competitive tender opportunities
  • Maintain accurate reporting (Excel proficiency essential)

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a collaborative, high-performing team.
