About the Role
We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver customer-specific integrations and features for doctors, hospitals, and enterprise health clients. This is a hybrid role blending software development, solution prototyping, and trusted technical advisory. You will work closely with the pre-sales and integrations teams to unblock deals, accelerate onboarding, and build reusable solutions that inform our product roadmap. Your code will often ship in our core platform and your work will directly impact enterprise wins.

What You'll Own
- Design and develop integrations across HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, SSO, and EMRs
- Build SDKs, connectors, and custom features that scale with our product vision
- Prototype and deliver integration solutions that resolve technical blockers during pre-sales.
- Contribute production-grade code, with most work landing in the core platform
- Write clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and API references
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Pre-Sales teams
- Work to customer schedules across Australia, UK, and UAE
- Occasional travel for key accounts or integrations (~2–3 times/year)
- Daily collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Integration teams
Key Skills
- Strong coding skills in TypeScript and JavaScript
- Bonus: familiarity with C#, PHP, Java
- Proven experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhook-based systems
- Application-focused developer with baseline skills in AWS and networking
- Understands OAuth, token-based auth, and secure integration practices
- Experience or interest in healthcare data standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR, MLLP) is a strong plus
- Awareness of data residency and privacy concerns in regulated sectors

- Shipping tailored integrations, and guiding technical solutioning that aligns with our core platform
