Enterprise Account Executive This is a senior commercial role at the heart of Lyrebird's UK growth.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic NHS Trusts, ICBs, and large hospital groups, from first conversation to signed multi-year Saa S contract.
You'll build and manage a high-value pipeline, navigate complex procurement environments, and work closely with clinical, digital, and finance stakeholders to shape deals that deliver measurable outcomes.
You'll also play a key role in expanding existing accounts and feeding real market intelligence back into the product and GTM teams.
This role suits someone who thrives on complex, high-stakes deals and brings genuine curiosity to the problems clinicians face.
You're comfortable leading a boardroom conversation with a CIO and then going deep with a clinical informatics team the same afternoon.
You like building relationships over the long term, you're rigorous about your pipeline, and you want to sell something that actually matters.
We're looking to hire 2x Account Executives to grow efficiency, cost reduction, workforce transformation Navigate healthcare procurement complexity including RFPs, IT and information governance reviews, cyber and data privacy requirements Build and sustain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CCIOs, CNIOs, CMOs, COOs, and clinical champions across your accounts Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity staging, and risk reporting in CRM, and work with Customer Success to ensure strong handovers and identify expansion opportunities Represent Lyrebird at events, demos, and executive briefings as a credible, consultative voice for ambient clinical AI What you'll bring A strong track record in enterprise Saa S sales with consistent quota achievement and multi-year contract wins Experience selling into healthcare providers, ideally NHS Trusts, ICBs, or large hospital groups with an understanding of how clinical, digital, and finance teams make decisions together Confidence running complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and building compelling business cases with clear ROI Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC or similar) and the discipline to apply them consistently Strong written and verbal communication; you can hold a C-suite conversation and adapt your register for technical and clinical audiences alike Nice to have Experience with NHS procurement routes, frameworks, and contracting processes Background in clinical documentation, speech recognition, EPR, PAS, or adjacent health tech An existing network with NHS digital leaders, clinical informaticists, or transformation teams Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment Clinicians spend hours every day on documentation that takes them away from patients.
