About Lyrebird Health
Lyrebird Health is an AI clinical documentation and ambient scribe platform. We help clinicians cut admin time, improve note quality and move structured data into the EPR and other downstream systems. We already support leading NHS Trusts and international hospital groups.
Role overview
You will own execution of marketing for priority regions and segments in the UK/I, with a strong focus on pipeline generation and field support for UK/I Enterprise sales. This is a hands‑on role for a marketer who can plan, build and ship campaigns end‑to‑end. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to localise, execute and scale Lyrebird’s strategy for different buyer groups in the UK market, turning narrative into measurable outcomes. This role suits someone highly output‑driven, comfortable operating close to Sales, and confident owning campaigns, events and assets without needing heavy oversight.
What You Will Do
- UK Marketing Execution & Campaigns: Own and execute the UK marketing plan across NHS Trusts, ICs and large hospital groups. Design and run demand generation and ABM campaigns across email, paid, events and partnerships. Personally execute campaigns — including writing briefs, building landing pages, launching emails and analysing results.
- Messaging & Positioning (Execution‑focused): Apply and localise Lyrebird’s core value proposition and messaging frameworks for UK buyer groups (CIO, CCIO, CNIO, clinical and digital leaders). Ensure consistency with product positioning while tailoring for NHS context and procurement realities. Feed market insight and competitive learnings back to Product & Content Marketing and GTM teams.
- Sales Enablement & Pipeline Support: Partner with Sales leadership to define target account lists and support enterprise pipeline. Create and maintain high‑usage sales assets: pitch decks, one‑pagers, product sheets, case studies, ROI tools and bid support materials. Support strategic deals and major bids with tailored narratives and executive‑ready materials.
- Field Marketing, Events & Webinars: Own Lyrebird’s UK field marketing and events program; including conferences, NHS regional events, roundtables and webinars. Manage speaker submissions, booth presence, pre‑event promotion, on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up. Ensure events convert into meetings, opportunities and reference customers.
- Content & Digital Execution: Own the UK content execution calendar, working closely with the Content Marketing function to adapt and deploy content across website, email, ABM and events. Manage UK website pages, landing pages and conversion‑focused updates. Support UK LinkedIn and website performance, tracking visibility and engagement against competitors.
- Measurement & Operations: Track and report on key metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced and influenced, event performance and content engagement. Maintain marketing tools, CRM hygiene and campaign tracking in partnership with Sales Ops / RevOps.
About You
- 4 to 7 years experience in B2B marketing, with experience in SaaS or software.
- Proven record of driving pipeline and revenue through campaigns and programs.
- Strong written skills. You can explain technical topics in simple, clear language.
- Confident building and improving decks and collateral. Comfortable with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides and simple design tools.
- Data aware. You can read basic funnel reports, understand what is working and adjust activity within Hubspot.
- Organised and structured in planning, prioritisation and follow up.
- Comfortable working directly with Sales leaders and founders and able to push back with data when needed.
- Curious about healthcare, AI and clinical workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or NHS markets.
- Experience supporting enterprise or field sales teams.
- Experience with account based marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach or similar.
- Experience in an early stage start up or scale up.
Who this role suits
