Description: Lyra Health is seeking an International Labor & Employment Counsel to join its legal team. The successful candidate will provide in-house legal counsel on a wide range of employment-related matters, including agreements, workplace investigations, compliance, and litigation management, with a primary focus on the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions. This is a full-time, remote role based in the UK, reporting to the US-based Director of Labor & Employment Counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must have 7+ years of employment law experience gained in-house or in private practice. Admission to practice in England and Wales is preferred, though candidates from other recognized jurisdictions will be considered. Experience in EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions and knowledge of privacy or immigration law are advantageous.
