We’re looking to add an experienced Clinical Administrator into our team. The role will involve supporting our EAP Clinical Case Management team with data entry, data processing, assisting with processing referrals, sourcing affiliates, managing diaries, managing bookings, processing queries, invoicing and general administration duties, whilst collaborating and supporting our other global clinical teams. As the UK and Ireland team is growing quickly, we’ll require you to be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, to be flexible and support our business, the growing team and our service development. Key Responsibilities
- Support the clinical team with clinical administration of cases sending sourcing emails, adding session updates to the Lyra system, and escalating queries for action.
- Assist clinical specialists with the coordination of ad-hoc interventions including learning & development activities, critical incidents and ensure the capturing of such events on Lyra systems.
- Assist with the recruitment and management of the affiliate therapy network.
- Assist with the processing of invoices relating to clinical interventions and ensure that invoices and services/sessions invoiced for are aligned to the clinical data in the Lyra systems.
- Effective collaboration with Lyra Finance teams to ensure timely handling of invoices.
- Continued engagement with the various clinical teams and Lyra affiliates to ensure that cases are effectively managed.
- Work collaboratively with our global clinical teams.
- Liaising with affiliate clinicians for appointments and case updates as required.
- Contribute to the service and business development as required.
- Flexibility in working hours and activities in line with business needs.
- Play an active role in governance and quality assurance as required.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role.
- Experience of working in high pressure, time limited environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience of working with clinicians or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of working within administrative boundaries and knowing when to escalate for senior or clinical support.
- Ability and experience of working autonomously from home in a remote based role.
- Experience of working under pressure and in areas where clarity may be lacking.
