Direct message the job poster from Lyons Seafoods Ltd Human Resources Business Partner at Lyons Seafoods Ltd We have an exciting career opportunity within our New Product Development (NPD) Team for an ambitious individual to join as a Process Development Manager. As a Process Development Manager, you\'ll take responsibility for evaluating and launching new product developments successfully including reviewing cost and quality improvements, recipe development and packaging. You will improve and develop processes and procedures across the site with five main areas of focus: • Improving existing and developing new processes • Product and material reformulation • Management and maintenance of the allergen management system across site. Your responsibilities will include managing development projects from concept approval to delivery. This will involve ensuring that there is effective cross functional communication both internally and externally and being the principal development contact for the projects, specifically regarding pre-production trials and new product sign off for internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will work collaboratively with the NPD, Commercial and Operations teams to keep them well informed on project progress, agreeing timescales and ensuring projects are launched in accordance with these agreed targets, whilst developing packaging supplier partnerships to manage trials with the support of the Process Packaging Development Manager.
