Experienced Joiner/ Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Location: Greater Manchester & Tameside Salary: Competitive Vacancy Type: Subcontractor or Permanent employment Due to continued growth, Lyons Property Services is looking to add another reliable and experienced tradesperson to our team. We are a family-run building company with a close-knit team covering a mixture of private domestic work, renovations and social housing projects. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can use their own initiative and is equally comfortable working independently or alongside the rest of the team. Essential Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Joinery with good practical experience • Own tools and reliable transport — van preferred • Willing and able to work on a CIS subcontractor basis with tax deducted at source • Reliable, professional and able to maintain a high standard of workmanship • Confident working alone or as part of a team • Able to organise and manage your own workload when projects are being managed remotely • Comfortable working across both social housing and private domestic properties • Good communication skills and a professional attitude around customers and tenants We welcome applications from experienced tradespeople of all ages and backgrounds.
