This is a cross-functional, execution-focused project management role. The Project Manager will take ownership of key organizational initiatives, driving alignment, accountability, and execution across commercial, supply chain, operations, quality, marketing, and R&D teams. A key aspect of this role is coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, identifying risks, and ensuring projects are successfully implemented in support of business objectives, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through execution and post-launch review, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status updates for key organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across commercial, operations, supply chain, quality, R&D, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Identify project risks, resource constraints, and process gaps, proactively developing mitigation plans and escalation recommendations.
- Support prioritization of projects based on business impact, operational readiness, customer requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, milestone tracking, and reporting dashboards, providing clear updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, success metrics, and implementation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure documentation, version control, and project records are maintained accurately and consistently.
- Maintain alignment with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements where applicable.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualification:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing, healthcare, nutrition, CPG, or regulated industries strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting commercialization, supply chain, product launch, or operational improvement initiatives highly desirable.
