Lyons Karting is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Flag Marshal. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team and working in a fun, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Monitoring the track and ensuring the safety of drivers. Using flags to communicate with drivers during sessions. Assisting customers and ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience. Helping with the day-to-day running of the karting track. Following all safety procedures and instructions. Working alongside the rest of the team to keep sessions running smoothly. What Were Looking For Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Friendly, approachable and confident. Able to work well as part of a team. Flexible with working hours. Good communication skills. An interest in motorsport or karting would be an advantage but is not essential.
