Are you an experienced Electrician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a talented and driven *Electrician & Team Leader* to lead electrical projects, inspire a skilled team, and help deliver outstanding results across our operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Electrician & Team Leader for Lyons Holiday Parks, you'll play a key role in ensuring electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You'll be responsible for:

* Leading, motivating, and supervising a team of electricians and technicians to deliver exceptional workmanship throughout our 22 parks
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of facilities and equipment
* Using industry-standard hand and power tools to complete work safely and accurately
* Carrying out inspections, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime
* Ensuring all electrical activities comply with current health & safety legislation, regulations, and company standards
* Coaching and mentoring team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence
* Working closely with project managers to plan projects, allocate resources, and meet deadlines
* Maintaining accurate records of completed work, materials used, and safety inspections

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive leader who takes pride in their work and enjoys developing others while delivering high-quality electrical solutions.

*Essential Skills & Experience:*

* Fully qualified Electrician with proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
* Full driving license
* Previous experience leading teams, supervising projects, or managing site activities
* Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, industry standards, and safe working practices
* Competent in the use of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
* Relevant UK-recognised electrical qualifications and certifications
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* A positive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
