The role will involve using our case‑management systems to manage Claimant Personal Injury claims through all stages, both pre‑ and post‑litigation. You will need to comply with agreed service level agreements and will also be responsible for administration tasks as required. The role involves providing clear, concise legal advice to people from a variety of backgrounds, taking inbound calls from clients and making outbound calls to proactively manage your caseload. The position is hybrid; you will be based in our Leeds City Centre office and will also work from home.
