Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Culture & Engagement specialist to play a key role in shaping and embedding a values‑led culture.

This is a pivotal role working closely with the Head of People & Culture to develop our people vision, improve engagement and bring our values to life including creating initiatives to strengthen our commitment to EDI.

Responsibilities

  • Design engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture.
  • Create strategies which support the firm’s commitment to EDI and wellbeing.
  • Design and support implementation of initiatives that bring our values to life.
  • Support the coaching of managers to be effective culture advocates within their teams.
  • Collaborate closely with our People Business Partners to use HR data to inform strategic decisions through reports and recommendations.
  • Measure cultural health using pulse surveys, employee feedback, and KPIs to identify trends and risks.
  • Work with the Comms team to design internal communications that reinforce culture.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience within a senior HR, Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development or People Experience role.
  • A track record of developing and delivering successful culture, employee engagement or organisational development initiatives.
  • Experience developing EDI and wellbeing strategies and turning these into practical, measurable outcomes.
  • Confident using people data and insight to inform decision‑making.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, organisational development and culture change.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with the ability to build credibility at a senior level.
  • A collaborative, people‑centred approach.
  • Experience of reporting at senior manager meetings.
  • Strong familiarity with employment laws and HR operations.
