We are looking for ambitious and proactive individuals who enjoy talking to people and using their legal training to help them to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to use their legal knowledge to provide practical advice to clients and gain invaluable experience of providing legal advice in a fast paced and varied client facing role.
The role will be hybrid, you will be based in our Leeds City Centre office and from home. The successful candidate must have the ability to work from home.
The Team
We are a large team of dedicated lawyers with the experience and expertise to deal with all levels of Personal Injury claims.
The team operates from offices in Leeds and Bristol.
The Role
The role will involve using our case management systems to manage Claimant Personal Injury claims through all stages both pre and post litigation. You will need to comply with agreed service level agreements and will also be responsible for administration tasks as required.
The role involves providing clear, concise legal advice to people from a variety of backgrounds.
You will be taking inbound calls from your clients and making outbound calls to proactively manage your caseload.
As a Trainee Paralegal you will be required to learn how to be an effective claims handler and advisor; research and improve your legal knowledge and build on your communication skills on an ongoing basis. You would therefore be expected to keep your legal knowledge up-to-date and attend relevant training as and when needed. You will be encouraged to share information, knowledge, and experience with colleagues in a supportive environment.

- Previous case handling experience is not essential as full training will be given.
